If the scope changes, we tell you what it costs before you agree to it. Nothing appears on an invoice you have not already seen.

• Fixed price, never a day rate

  One number per paid phase, agreed before that phase starts. If the agreed work takes us longer than estimated, we absorb the extra time. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.

• Founding client rates

  Our first few clients pay less than we will charge later, because they are carrying the risk of hiring a firm with no track record. In return we would like to describe the work once it is live, anonymised if you prefer. If your legal team says no, we will still do the work.

• You own all of it

  The code, infrastructure, documentation and prompts we create for you are yours from the first commit. No Arthoken licence or per-seat fee, and nothing stopping you taking the work to somebody else.

• Support is optional

  A monthly rate if you want us on call. The handover is done properly so that you should not have to, and we would rather you did not need us.
